These props are based on two Main Street buildings in Coalville, Utah and are suitable for many eras in small town or urban settings. The original mercantile building was completed in 1909 and is still in use today.
The annex is attached to the south side of the mercantile, but can be placed as a seperate, detached building. Change the sign textures and the buildings are suitable for almost any kind of business. This package is the second in our Main Street series.
The package includes additional props:
- Asphalt surface prop for street or parking lot
- Sidewalk prop (Increase Scale X and Scale Z values and it also makes a good cement parking lot)
- All exterior doors are posable (open/close)
