This prop is based on a Main Street building in Coalville, Utah and is suitable for many eras in small town or urban settings. The modeling detail and texture resolution are not intended for highly detailed, close-up renders.
The package includes additional props:
- Asphalt surface prop for street or parking lot
- Sidewalk prop (Increase Scale X and Scale Z values and it also makes a good cement parking lot)
